Benefit Cosmetics lives by the mantra that “makeup doesn’t have to be serious to look good”. Having first come to the United Kingdom from San Francisco in 1997, the quirky brand has become a household name.
Benefit cosmetics provide anything their customers need to “whistle while they work it” from bronzers, foundations to eye creams and moisturisers. They have a fun, distinct image that promotes a great deal of brand loyalty from their customers.
Orbital Interact supports Benefit Cosmetics’ marketing and public relations activities with the storage and fulfilment of point of sale material and samples, sent to 470 UK concession stands and a number of journalists.
Most of the activity is undertaken on an ad hoc basis, including product launches and new marketing campaigns. They are also using Empower, our online ordering web portal, to remove the hassle of fulfilment to concession stands. Whenever a particular location is low on, or has run out of, a particular product, they can order straight from us – within guidelines set by the client’s head office.
Our activity with Benefit Cosmetics began with a trial, which we have subsequently passed making us their official marketing fulfilment partner in the UK. With each success, we are establishing a great relationship with everyone at Benefit and are always looking to deliver an even better service and to help them in new ways.
