E-cigarette pick, pack and despatch

Client

Fulfilment case study including call centre

Electric Zebra electronic cigarettes, from our client Healthspan, present a new generation of e-cigarette. The distinctive look of the Zebra makes it the most practical electric cigarette on the market with an eye catching design that can never be confused with a real cigarette. These electric cigarettes pose no risk of passive smoking, they do not contain tar or carbon monoxide and they give users a safer smoking experience wherever and whenever they like. Electric Zebra can also save users thousands of pounds a year when they switch from regular cigarettes.

Activity

We worked alongside Healthspan to handle their ecommerce fulfilment. We stored Zebra's electronic cigarettes in our Rushden warehouse while orders were received on a daily basis from the client via a file uploaded on the SFTP site. Orders were picked and packed on a same day despatch basis. Highlights of our activity include:

• Management of 26 SKUs with an additional holding of 7
• Batch control by sell by dates
• Despatch by Royal Mail 1st Class
• Orders are consolidated for a single despatch per customer
• An additional task is to separate chargers from the product starter packs

Results

Our fulfilment operation is adapting well to the continual increasing demand as the popularity in electronic cigarettes continues to rise and rise.
