Client
The trading arm of a major charity appointed Orbital Response to handle its back end business. It is a mail order company selling a range of gifts, greeting cards and books, primarily to the Christian community.

Activity
In late 2009 Orbital Response was approached by the client to handle their Mail Order merchandising.
The client produces 16 catalogues per year and has a range of 500 items. Orders come not only from consumers at home but also the client’s trade partners (bookshops, national councils, area co-ordinators and resellers).
Goods featured range from cards, toys, books and household items to hampers and chocolates.
Result
We handle over 50,000 orders each year and each order is on average 9 items.
