We have developed our very own barcoding system to enhance stock management in our warehouse – from the second it arrives with us, through bulk storage and its positioning on the pick-faces, to the moment it’s despatched.
Because it’s designed specifically for the way we work, our barcoding system offers the very best in accuracy and tracking of orders. It will even send you an automated email every night detailing the day’s activities – so you’re never left in the dark.
Contact Centre Software
On top of using Microsoft Dynamics AX to keep track of all of our order handling and customer service activity, we use skills-based routing to ensure calls are delivered to the most suitable agents in our contact centre. This works by training our agents individually with particular skills (be that client specific or generic competences such as customer service capabilities) and our computer system directs calls exclusively to those best qualified for the type of call.
Our call centre is PCI DSS compliant meaning your customers’ payment card data is completely safe. We never store any card details and all orders are processed on an isolated server, defending it from hacking and viruses.
We’ve developed our own suit of reports, accessible 24/7 via our online portal. A variety of reports are available covering sales, activity and stock transactions. Choose to view on screen, print a hardcopy or export straight into a spreadsheet for your own reporting needs.
