Account Management

When you entrust your work to us you will want to be confident that the day to day running of your account (single project or campaign activity) is being conducted to the highest standards.
To achieve this you will be appointed an experienced Account Manager who will be your primary point of contact, dedicated to your campaign(s).  Pivotal to their role will be the task of developing, with you, a “requirements analysis”, which will capture all key processes and procedures which need to be adopted within a specific activity.  

Account ManagementCompiled in association with our internal specialists (in IT, Response, Warehouse etc.) this document will be version controlled and once signed off by both parties will be known as the “operational guide” for each campaign we work with you on.  
Your nominated Account Manager will be responsible for adhering to the guide and they will be available to consult on any matters that may concern you.

We encourage regular reviews of your account to make sure that service levels are being maintained and that client expectations are being met.
