Our agents are a mix of bureau agents who look after several clients and dedicated agents who live and breathe a single company, our PCI Compliant Response Centre offers a wide range of telephone services including inbound calling handling, customer service and order processing.
We also carry out other services including order processing from post (processing cheques and cash), keying coupons and data collection. We have a dedicated secure room for cash and cheques that can only be accessed by trained personnel.
Orbital response has also been given the enviable opportunity to shape the future of our industry. Alison Flannery, our contact centre manager, is now part of the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA’s) Telemarketing and Contact Centre Council. As part of this council Orbital Response can use our expert knowledge to develop best practices and deliver research to the wider telemarketing and contact centre community.
