Postal Returns Management
Our Response Centre team will handle your postal returns quickly and accurately, keeping your database clean and up to date.
Should any of the people to whom you send your mail no longer be available at the address you have, we will be notified by the Royal Mail and update your information accordingly, meaning that you save money on your next mailing with less waste.
We will provide you with our PO Box number which will mean that any undelivered direct mail ('gone aways') arrive directly to our Response Centre. We will then update your database without the need for you to send it on to us yourself.
Our Response Centre team will work in co-ordination with our Data Capture and Management team to ensure that your database is accurate and kept in the best format for your purposes.
