PRODUCT RETURNS
Should your customers need to return their products, we will manage this for you. All returned items are received into our site and are handled as a matter of some urgency. This includes updating the customer, system record to include advice of the return being received with either a refund generated or replacement product ordered. Quality control checks are then carried out to see if the product is in a suitable condition to be returned to stock (or whether it should be put aside for future destruction/re-cycling).
